To get to Trancoso, one option is to fly into Porto Seguro International Airport and from there take a taxi or bus to Trancoso, which is about 47 kilometers to the south.
It is also possible to rent a car at the airport and drive to Trancoso on the BR-367.
Another option is to take a ferry from Salvador de Bahía to Porto Seguro and from there continue by taxi or bus.
