To get to Praia do Francês from the city of Maceió, capital of the state of Alagoas, you can take a bus from Terminal Rodoviária João Paulo II, which is located about 25 km north of the beach.
It is also possible to take a taxi or rent a car in the city.
The journey takes around 40 minutes on the BR-101 highway heading south. Once on the beach, you can walk or rent bikes to tour the area.
