Porto de Galinhas is a coastal town located in the state of Pernambuco, in northeastern Brazil.
It is located about 60 kilometers south of Recife, the state capital. Specifically, it is located in the region known as the Reef Coast, where the crystal clear waters and coral reefs offer impressive landscapes.
Porto de Galinhas beach is the most famous in the region and is located about 2 kilometers from the town center.
