João Pessoa is a city in the state of Paraíba, also known as "the city where the sun rises first", because it is located in the easternmost point of America.
It stands out for its pleasant climate, the beauty of its beaches and several well-preserved baroque architecture monuments.
In the year 1859, when Brazil was imperialist, it received the title of Imperial Provisional City, which were the cities that received the emperor, and provisionally became the capital of the Brazilian empire.
João Pessoa is the third oldest city in Brazil, founded in 1585.
The fun is concentrated on the beaches of Tambaú, Cabo Branco and Bessa. In typical bars, visitors can enjoy live music and enjoy local food, especially seafood. Tourists can rent bicycles to get to know these beaches better. At night there are many people on the sidewalks of tambaú, a good place to learn about the culture of the city.
