Bonito is located in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, it is considered the capital of ecotourism in Brazil.
Brazilians say: “Bonito e muito bonito” (Pretty is very nice), and so does everyone who has the chance to meet her.
It has a tropical forest environment crossed by rivers of crystalline waters full of freshwater fish, where waterfalls and caves are also part of the landscape.
Its rivers are transparent water, due to a high concentration of carbonates, which allow crystallization in record time of impurities and other organic debris in sedimentary rock.
This region is located between the Pantanal and the Iguazú Falls, in the southwest of Brazil.
The best months to visit Bonito are between December and March, during the rainy season, which is when the river level is the highest and you can enjoy its beautiful waterfalls; at this time the flora is also in its maximum splendor.
The dry season is between May and August, when the landscape is somewhat more arid.
